Hi, I’m glad you’re here!
I’m 37 years old and the proud father of an 8-year-old autistic boy. This blog, The Blue Side of Fatherhood, was born out of a desire to share the experiences, feelings, and stories I live through as a dad in the world of autism.
Being a father is never simple, and raising a child on the spectrum brings its own challenges. But I believe that honesty, humor, and love can help us get through even the hardest days. I want this space to be more than just my diary – I hope it can become a companion for other parents and readers who want to better understand what life is like alongside an autistic child.
Writing here is both therapy and mission for me. My hope is that what you read here will help you too – whether you are a parent, a family member, or simply someone curious about the everyday reality of autism.
Welcome to 🩵 The Blue Side of Fatherhood 🩵 – where fatherhood and autism meet, and every story carries a shade of blue.
